GenAI Engineer - Senior

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with strong Python foundations and hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. The role focuses on developing RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, secure APIs, and scalable AI services using modern LLM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Build and expose AI capabilities through FastAPI-based services
• Optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval for accuracy and performance
• Implement security mechanisms including JWT authentication
• Deploy and manage GenAI services on AWS cloud
• Integrate with vector databases and LLM providers

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Python Object-Oriented Programming expertise
• GenAI engineering experience with chunking, CoT, guardrails, and RAG pipelines
• Advanced Prompt Engineering for reasoning and reliability
• Hands-on Agentic AI experience using LangChain and LangGraph
• Strong FastAPI and API integration knowledge
• AWS cloud experience for development and deployment, including DynamoDB
• JWT authentication implementation in Python
• Working knowledge of vector databases and embedding optimization
• Familiarity with LLM providers such as AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of LLMOps / MLOps practices
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability for AI systems
• Exposure to enterprise chatbots or analytics-driven GenAI solutions
