Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• About the Role EY is looking for experienced Supply Chain Consulting professionals with expertise in planning transformation and digital supply chain solutions. As a Consultant, you will work with global clients to design, configure, and implement planning solutions on the o9 Digital Brain Platform, enabling end-to-end supply chain visibility and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and support o9 implementation engagements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Integrated Planning. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs. Configure and test o9 models, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and planning processes. Facilitate client workshops, requirement discussions, UAT sessions, and training programs. Collaborate with client business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery. Support solution design, process improvements, and digital supply chain transformation initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred (Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or General Management). 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Planning, or Supply Chain Technology implementations. Hands-on experience in one or more areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP, Production Planning, or Network Planning. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with o9 Solutions implementation, support, configuration, or enhancement projects. Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, or Anaplan. Understanding of data integration concepts and familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics tools. Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.

• MBA in Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain Preferred
