Your role in the team

“Our work is diverse and hands-on. On the sell-side, we structure transactions, identify and approach investors, evaluate bids, and support clients in negotiations until successful deal completion. On the buy-side, we help clients find acquisition targets, assess their value, and manage the due diligence process. You will work across industries - from automotive to technology - and gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle. What makes this role interesting is that you don’t just analyse - you help get deals done.”

What will you do

• Work on live transactions from early-stage analysis to deal execution.
• Support investor communication, deal structuring, and negotiations.
• Prepare and work with financial analyses, valuation models, and transaction materials (e.g. information memoranda).
• Collaborate with clients, investors, and internal teams across the deal process.
• Take ownership of smaller workstreams and gradually build greater responsibility within projects

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in transaction-related environments (e.g. M&A, due diligence, valuation, corporate finance).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Experience with Excel and financial modelling is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Czech – you will use both on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in a project-based environment and handle dynamic situations.
• Solid communication skills and willingness to work closely with clients and team members.
