The opportunity

In this role, you will provide technical administrative and document production support to Assurance and other Service Line teams. Your work will directly contribute to the timely delivery of financial statements, engagement letters, management letters, and other key client documents.

Your key responsibilities

Document production & quality excellence

  • Prepare, format, review, and finalize client deliverables, including financial statements and formal correspondence
  • Apply EYapproved templates, styles, and branding standards with a high degree of consistency and professionalism
  • Perform detailed quality checks (grammar, spelling, layout, pagination, crossreferencing, and numerical accuracy where applicable)
  • Integrate tables, charts, and graphical elements accurately into documents
  • Maintain document version control to ensure the correct outputs are released

Workflow & priority management

  • Manage a high volume of requests, often with tight or overlapping deadlines
  • Assess urgency and complexity to prioritize work effectively
  • Ask the right questions to clarify requirements and reduce rework
  • Communicate clearly with engagement teams regarding progress, timing, and dependencies

Print & production support

  • Prepare documents for secure printing, copying, binding, and electronic delivery
  • Handle sensitive client and firm information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support inventory management for print and document processing materials

Collaboration & continuous improvement

  • Partner with audit and other serviceline teams to support engagement success
  • Use EY technology tools and document management systems effectively
  • Follow firm policies, security protocols, and quality standards at all times
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing, combining, markup
  • Experience producing professional, clientready documents in a structured environment
  • Proven accuracy in handling numeric data and complex formatting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in highquality outcomes
  • Strong timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain focused, calm, and effective during peak workload periods
  • Clear communication and a serviceoriented mindset
  • Confidence working with professionals at all levels
  • Professional judgment in handling confidential information

What we look for

  • Tertiary-level certification in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field 
  • 2–3 years’ experience supporting document production in a professional services, accounting, or corporate environment
  • Experience supporting audit or financial services teams is an asset
