The opportunity
Graphic Designers are creative professionals with a drive for problem-solving and a passion to deliver design excellence. They liaise with internal clients to understand their vision and work with our crossdisciplinary creative team members to develop dynamic design solutions. They successfully convey the internal client’s story or idea and confidently incorporate our brand. Graphic Designers are clear communicators who influence internal clients to follow creative ideas. They gain business awareness and build client relationships. They provide design consultation, concepts and comprehensive designs that align to the creative brief in collaboration with their creative team. They are curious individuals with an aptitude for delivering innovative solutions
Your key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs
- Transform the internal client’s vision and business need into an innovative product or deliverable
- Create and co-develop storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas that align to the creative brief
- Conceptualize and execute design solutions while offering positive client and team experiences
- Design clear and visually compelling campaigns and presentations
- Excel at project management including prioritizing multiple projects and milestones, and delivering desirable solutions within time frame and budget
- Seek mentorship, coaching and constructive feedback from senior designers and art directors on conceptual skills, strategy and design solutions
- Work collaboratively and engage with cross-disciplinary creative team members such as art directors, senior designers, consultants, writers, animators and videographers
- Participate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador and advocate of visual identity strategy and guidelines
- May be required to work off-site or travel as part of a project team
- Identify, resolve and overcome obstacles with mindful communication, decisive action and thoughtful judgment
- Display business acumen while working alongside client-serving professionals
- Forecasts additional resource needs or vendor options and proactively offer alternative solutions
- Evaluate conflicting requirements of multiple projects, maintain workflow within compressed time frames, and remain open to challenge and reappraisal
- Performance and work reviewed regularly

Skills and attributes for success
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat); some knowledge of web development platforms and prototyping software
- Proficient in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint)
- Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to leverage brand guidelines to develop a range of creative initiatives while utilizing various procedures and processes
- Versatile, flexible, and confident communication skills, active listening and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers and team members
- Technical understanding of digital and print media
- Proficient understanding of copyright regulations
- Continuously grows design skills, maintains awareness of design industry trends, and remain current with emerging innovations and technological advancements
- Designs with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of firm brand, strategy and standards
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Experience working in a virtual environment is preferred
