Your key responsibilities

 

  • Responsible in answering the phone call/switchboard and ensuring that the contacts are directed to the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure the reception area is attended at all times during office hours
  • Screen all clients/visitors and make sure that all guests are escorted to the meeting rooms and and assist with general administrative request
  • Maintain records related to administrative activities and event expenses.

 

  • Take and forward messages immediately to the appropriate recipients
  • Ensure that appropriate messages are used for after hours and public/firm holidays
  • Arrange car booking, meeting room booking, etc
  • Support firm events, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, company celebrations, staff gatherings, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and employee friendly.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and workplace facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services and events.
  • Overview documents before sending to clients, prepared envelope, check verify information before sending out and control incoming letter
  • Arrange drivers, messenger to pick up/ send out the documents
  • Monthly report of office expense
  • Stationeries controlling/requesting
  • Other duties assigned by management team

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

To qualify for the role you must fulfil the following requirement:

  • Cambodian citizen
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Proactive and well-organized
  • Conscientious, service and customer-oriented
  • Results-oriented

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Good logic thoughts, high sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized and mature
  • Careful and paying attention to details, service mindset
  • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure
