Responsibilities

 

 

In your role as the Finance Manager, you will:

 

  • Be responsible for ensuring timely financial closing, accurate financial statements and reports
  • Ensure complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of the Firm are met including tax compliance/requirements
  • Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and be proactive to follow up relevant business function to manage finance’s KPI objective
  • Be responsible for cash management of the firm
  • Be responsible for the tax audit of the firm
  • Develop and maintain working relationship with the shared service center in Vietnam to ensure efficient processing of delegated finance responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Review and recommend enhancement to processes to increase efficiency
  • Supervise the daily activities of supporting accountants

Requirements

 

We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance and Banking, Economics or Management, or relevant professional certification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a multi-national company with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Have good experience and knowledge on statutory F/S and Tax
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendation on business issues
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
  • Competency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
