Consulting - Technology Consulting – Digital Engineering – Delivery Lead – Manager - Multiple Positions - 1726357, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Philadelphia, PA.
Provide end-to-end digital solutions delivery services and drive execution of large-scale, complex digital transformations for clients. Advise clients to envision, articulate, architect, assess, plan and implement bleeding edge solutions to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud. Provide client services across E-commerce, Digital Experience, Mobile Applications, Digital Platforms, Digital Technology Strategy, and Digital IT Operations service areas. Deliver end-to-end digital solutions, focusing on overall engagement quality and health while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Drive client success and delivery excellence throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of EY digital engagements via a multi-disciplinary, digital team. Build strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for resourcing, expectation setting, escalations, and stakeholder management. Provide strategic reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Operate proficiently across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business, adapting to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks. Apply deep knowledge of EY deal governance processes for seamless execution. Manage Engagement Economics, owning engagement financial health and alignment with account goals. Consistently achieve performance targets in client service, risk management, sales, and solution development. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Digital Engineering practice, including mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth of more junior consultants. Work with other discipline leads to translate clients’ visions into reality while ensuring products or solutions outcomes meet business requirements, are delivered on time and within budget. Review and validate deliverables to meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills, backgrounds and geographical locations. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field of study and 5 years of related progressive post baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field of study and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of combined consulting, advisory, and/or industry experience with business and technology functions in one or a combination of the following industries - Consumer, Retail, Health, Life Science, Insurance, Financial Services, Technology, Telecom, Media and Entertainment (TMT), Power and Utilities, Government and Public Sector, and/or Oil & Gas.
Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following digital related fields: technology and/or design, of which 3 years must be in a leadership role.
Must have 3 years of experience leading the design, development and delivery of technology solutions, including one or a combination of the following: product management and/or product delivery.
Must have 3 years of experience leading multiple technology solutions delivery workstreams and programs (with at least 5 resources) with end-to-end ownership of execution, scope, timeline, and budget.
Must have 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams on complex digital transformation initiatives.
Must have 4 years of experience using agile and scaled agile methodologies to develop technology solutions.
Must have 3 years of experience managing and supervising teams of technology professional employees and mentoring team members through development feedback and performance processes, and providing structured, on-the-job feedback.
Must have 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams of professionals within engagements that combine strategy, experience design, and technology disciplines.
Must have 4 years of experience leading technology workshops and client-facing presentations.
Must have 1 year of experience leading offshore technology solutions delivery teams.
Requires travel up to 80%, including international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
