Senior Consultant - Risk Analytics
The opportunity
Join our Risk Analytics team and support leading organisations in a diverse range of industries, to strengthen performance and manage risk through data-driven insights and practical transformation solutions.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering client engagements focused on quantitative analysis, reporting and process improvement. You’ll work across active client projects and emerging opportunities, contributing to high-impact outcomes across financial and workforce analysis, operational reporting and business process insights.
With multiple live engagements and a strong pipeline of opportunities, this role offers the chance to step into delivery quickly and contribute across a diverse range of transformation initiatives.
This is a hybrid position based in Boorloo – Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver workstreams across client engagements, focusing on quantitative analysis and insight generation
- Analyse complex datasets (e.g. financial, workforce or operational data) to support client decision-making
- Develop reporting and dashboarding outputs to communicate risks, trends and business insights
- Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives across finance and operational processes
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery and new business opportunities
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including experience working with large or complex datasets
- Experience delivering data analysis and insights (e.g. dashboards, financial or operational reporting)
- Understanding of business processes and risk concepts across operations, finance or governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query and SQL is desirable, as well as proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
- Exposure to process analysis or transformation initiatives (e.g. Procure-to-Pay, workforce or financial processes)
- Relevant certifications in analytics, technology, finance, risk or project delivery (desirable)
