The opportunity
As our Manager – Technology Strategy and Transformation, you’ll lead the design and delivery of technology‑enabled transformation programs for our senior digital clients (think C-suite digital and technology leaders and their direct reports). You will bring strong digital capability across strategy, architecture, and technology transformation program execution, combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to sales and practice growth. This role offers a clear pathway to progression and, over time, a sales‑driving leadership role within a small, high‑impact team.
This role is based in Boorloo – Perth . Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology strategy and transformation engagements, delivering measurable business outcomes
- Develop technology strategies, operating models, and roadmaps across complex client environments
- Provide trusted advisory support to senior executives, including CIOs and technology leaders
- Lead and develop small, high-performing teams while shaping client engagements.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and sales growth, including support for Mining & Metals initiatives
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or similar)
- Experience in consulting or senior technology roles, covering both strategy and delivery
- Strong technology grounding across architecture, operating models, and large-scale technology transformation programs
- Proven experience managing complex initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with a keen interest in progressing into a sales-driving role
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies and tools; certifications are considered advantageous
- Exposure to Mining & Metals is desirable but not essential
- Motivation to grow into a senior leader within a small, high-impact team

Salary: We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
