Manager, Organisation and Workforce Transformation, People Consulting

 

The opportunity

 

As a Manager in our People Consulting team, you’ll work in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse, high-performing teams. You’ll collaborate with mining and resources clients across Western Australia, and nationally, addressing complex issues related to organisation transformation, workforce strategy, talent management, and the evolving role of HR. You’ll help clients align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models, leveraging digital tools and innovative approaches to deliver quality results.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Boorloo – Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Lead, plan, co-design, and deliver innovative organisation and workforce transformation projects for clients.
  • Identify business strategy imperatives and reshape workforces to meet changing needs through cost-effective actions (build, buy, borrow, bot, bridge, bond).
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on L&D strategy, organisation design, change management, strategic communication, and HR transformation.
  • Lead and develop team members  
  • Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations  
  • Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, and prepare client presentations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in project-based environments.
  • Develop proposals and tender responses.

 

Skills and attributes for success 

 

  • Change management strategy, change readiness assessment, communication planning, and learning and development experience.
  • Experience in organisational design, workforce strategy, strategic L&D planning, talent management, and future of work consulting.
  • Demonstrated capability in guiding, coaching, developing, and managing teams to solve business challenges.
  • Experience working in professional services consulting or internal consulting functions.
  • Experience working in the power, utilities, mining and resources industry is an advantage.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn. 

  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and business development skills.
  • Strong client delivery experience and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work with ambiguity.
  • Qualifications in human resources, communication, design, or business (highly desirable).
