As an executive assistant, your experience in business communication will empower you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders. Some of your key responsibilities
- Strategically organize and manage comprehensive diaries, including travel and accommodation
- Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines
- Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservations
- Leadership in Event Management coordination and logistics
- Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
- Provide high-level support to a group of Partners and Executives
- Screening emails, responding and/or actioning decisively as required
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an environment where administration and customer service have been pivotal to the role or a role with relevant transferable skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and leading projects to successful completion
