As a Consultant in the Transfer Pricing team, you will work collaboratively as part of our broader International Tax and Transaction Services team to deliver solutions to a range of multinational clients, from large established international businesses to small family businesses expanding overseas for the first time.  

 

Some of your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Work closely with clients to understand their international business operations and advise on appropriate transfer pricing policies
  • Assist clients in understanding their global transfer pricing obligations and liaise with specialists across the global EY network to deliver appropriate solutions
  • Preparing economic analysis and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions
  • Assist clients to navigate ATO compliance reviews and audits, or assist in the negotiation of Advance Pricing Arrangements

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years’ experience in tax compliance and consulting
  • Passionate about developing your skills in the area of transfer pricing and international tax
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Economics, Business, Commerce, Finance, Law or Accounting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proactive and able to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
