EY is seeking either an Associate Director or a Director to join our leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented and driven team that is strategically positioned not only in Perth but also across the nation. You will collaborate closely with Partners to deliver engagements across various sectors, interacting directly with corporate clients, financiers, investors, and Government clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teams to manage complex corporate restructures, receiverships, administrations, and liquidations.

  • Leading clients through complex financial scenarios and providing comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational solutions, including safe harbour, independent business reviews, special situations, and other advisory engagements.

  • Partnering with Partners to deliver market-leading engagements across various sectors.

  • Engaging efficiently in client-facing roles, interacting directly with corporate clients, financiers, investors, and Government clients.

  • Gaining extensive experience across various industries and geographies as part of our multidisciplinary, global team.

  • Demonstrable experience and strong understanding of corporate restructuring, receivership, administration, and liquidation.

  • Ability to provide strategic and operational solutions in complex financial situations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills.

  • Completion of a degree and/or further education in commerce, finance, economics, or law (or equivalent).
