Manager in Evaluation of Public Policy H/F (Paris)

The Public Sector is our principal sector of activity, with more than 250 consultancy consultants in France working with national & European public organizations and international organizations to accompany them in their transformation and performance improvement.

Due to our strong growth in the Public Sector, we are currently recruiting a Manager in our Public Sector Team, dedicated to the Public Policies Evaluation as well as Impact Assessments for the European Institutions and International Organizations. As part of the Public Sector Team, we are a multi-national team of 20 consultants working on Public Policy Evaluation both at national, European and international level.

Your role:

You will:

• Work with European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, European agencies) on projects focusing on Evaluations and Impact Assessments of Public Policies and Programs as well as Evaluations of governance structures.

• Work on one or more of the following policy areas: Economic Development, Cohesion Policy, Defence, Employment, Research and Innovation, Communication, Agriculture, Justice and Home Affairs, Maritime Affairs, International Cooperation

• Work on the development of tenders in the area of Evaluation and Impact Assessment notably the preparation of responses to requests for services for international and European tenders

• Work on ongoing project management as well as management of budgets.

Over the course of your work, you will be working in collaboration with EY consultants within our European & international network through the execution and coordination of multi-sectoral projects.

Your profile:

Female/Male, with a higher-level degree (in political science, economics, law, business or engineering etc.), you have more than 7 years of experience in Public Policies Evaluation, ideally in a consultancy firm, with strong competences in European and/or International policy. You have developed strong experience in working on projects for International organizations and/or European Institutions.

You have a perfect command of written and oral English (and ideally French). A third language would be a strength.

You have experience in the management of a team of senior and junior consultants.

You are able to work autonomously and hold key organizational skills to adapt rapidly to clients’ needs. You enjoy working as part of a Team.

You have a real passion for working for the public sector and have a strong sense of commercial development. Experience in drafting as well as building relationships will be key strengths to succeed in this role.
