About Us
We are looking for a colleague to join our Audit team, which helps our clients—including numerous global corporations, financial institutions, and major Czech businesses—maintain transparency and credibility in their financial statements. Within our audit services, we focus on identifying potential discrepancies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and recommending measures to improve internal controls. We analyze financial data, assess processes, and provide recommendations that help our clients strengthen their business environment and protect them from future challenges.
Your role in the team
- Leading and coordinating audit engagements from planning to the final report.
- Performing analyses and assessments of financial statements and internal controls.
- Working with clients to identify and resolve issues.
- Preparing reports for management and clients.
- Serving as a key member of the audit team, responsible for mentoring junior colleagues.
- Close cooperation with managers and partners on individual projects.
- Supporting a team culture focused on quality and efficiency.
What matters to us
- A completed bachelor’s degree (at minimum) and the ability to join us full-time or part-time.
- At least two years of experience in financial or internal audit.
- Knowledge of Czech and international accounting standards. Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or similar are an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages may open opportunities for international collaboration with colleagues and clients abroad.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A team player with a results-oriented mindset and a high level of professionalism.
- Openness to further education and professional development. You are eager to grow and follow tasks through to completion.
- Willingness to travel to clients.
- You enjoy coming to the office to work with colleagues or directly with clients.
- Start date can be arranged individually, but the sooner the better.
