The Opportunity
EY is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Finance Transformation professional to join our Business Consulting practice. This role focuses on helping clients to transform their finance function through Oracle ERP solution, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle e-Business Suite and/or Oracle NetSuite. You will help clients improve finance processes, redesign finance operating models, strengthen controls, modernise reporting, and deliver large-scale technology-enabled transformation initiatives. You will work with leading organisations across Financial Services to deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation programmes. You will also help clients explore how AI, Gen AI, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities can enhance finance transformation outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Advisory
- Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Assess current-state finance processes and design future-state operating models.
- Advise clients on finance process optimization, governance, controls, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive Chart of Accounts (CoA) redesign, finance operating model improvements, and reporting transformation.
Oracle ERP Functional Leadership
- Lead Oracle ERP solution (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle NetSuite) functional workstreams.
- Provide functional input into Oracle ERP solution architecture, integration design, data migration, reporting, controls, security, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Work with business, technology, data, integration, and architecture teams to ensure the Oracle ERP solution supports business requirements and target operating model outcomes.
- Bring experience or exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle ERP solutions, including embedded analytics, intelligent automation, predictive insights, anomaly detection, automated recommendations, and reporting.
- Identify practical use cases for applying Oracle ERP AI-enabled capabilities across finance processes, such as financial close, invoice processing, reconciliations, forecasting, controls monitoring, and decision support.
Programme & Delivery Management
- Manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues, and timelines.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-country transformation programmes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, finance leaders, and project sponsors.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive presentations.
- Support business development activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
Business Development
- Support go-to-market activities for Oracle ERP and finance transformation opportunities across Financial Services clients.
- Contribute to sales pursuits, proposals, client presentations, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and commercial discussions.
- Identify client needs and shape practical Oracle ERP-enabled finance transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships that support account growth, pipeline development, and follow-on opportunities.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle ERP consulting or transformation experience for Manager level.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Senior Manager level.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation programmes.
- Experience leading functional design workshops and business process transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes including:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Experience in leading and/or supporting business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, solution demonstrations, or sales pursuits.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments within Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to large-scale global ERP transformation programmes.
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to Oracle AI capabilities, embedded analytics, intelligent automation, or Gen AI enabled finance transformation use cases.
- Agile, Scrum, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL certifications.
