Job Description: Enterprise Architect Senior - EA Tooling
Role Overview
Experience: 4 – 9 Years
Certification: TOGAF, LeanIX, Ardoq (Nice to Have)
Enterprise Architect Senior (EA Tooling) supports implementation and adoption of EA tools (LeanIX, Ardoq, etc.) to improve visibility of business, application, and technology landscapes. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality architecture data, enabling insights, and supporting governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
EA Tooling
- Support implementation and configuration of EA tools (LeanIX, Ardoq,etc).
- Maintain and enhance EA repositories (applications, capabilities, technology, integrations).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to metamodels and taxonomy.
- Support integration with CMDB, BPM, and enterprise systems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics for decision-making.
Enterprise Architecture Support
- Support development of architecture artifacts (capability maps, application landscapes, roadmaps).
- Assist in Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes and compliance tracking.
- Contribute to application portfolio management and rationalization initiatives.
Technology & Development
- Develop scripts/automation for data ingestion, reporting, and tool enhancements.
- Work with APIs and integration patterns to improve EA tool interoperability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business and IT teams to gather and validate architecture data.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Support EA tooling adoption and change management initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience:
- 4–9 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years in EA tooling.
- Hands-on experience with LeanIX and/or Ardoq.
- Consulting experience desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of EA concepts, frameworks, and tooling.
- Hands-on programming experience (Python/Java/JavaScript or similar).
- Familiarity with APIs, integration, and enterprise systems.
- Basic understanding of IT strategy (nice to have).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
