Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Management, or Global Benefits modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, enhancement, or rollout projects and possess a good understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors configuration concepts.

The role involves supporting project delivery, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
  • Configure and support Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Global Benefits modules.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation.
  • Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Support Time Management processes including Time Off, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, Time Types, and Leave of Absence.
  • Assist in Benefits configuration including eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrolments, and related workflows.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
  • Support data migration activities, data validation, and data load testing.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live and hyper care support.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • 2–3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in at least one of the following modules:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Time Management / Time Off
    • Global Benefits
  • Exposure to Implementation, AMS, Support, Enhancement, or Rollout projects.
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and HR business processes.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Foundation Objects
    • MDF Objects
    • Business Rules
    • Workflows
    • Event Reasons
    • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
    • Picklists
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
  • Exposure to global implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Employee Central integrations and data migration processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
