The opportunity
We’re looking for QA with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.
Your key responsibilities
- Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM
- Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks.
- Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.
- Establish quality standards and processes.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
- Generate comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
- Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
- Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
- Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
- Strong communication skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a QA role.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
- Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
