The opportunity

We’re looking for Senior with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EYD GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform ATF testing
• Must analyse and fully understand user stories and internal procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow releases 
• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data

Skills and attributes for success

• 2-3 Years of ServiceNow ATF experience is needed.
• Solid understanding of database concepts.
• Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF)in ServiceNow with hands on experience in running ATF scripts and regression test suites.
• Knowledge of various ServiceNow Modules & hands on experience in Testing various ServiceNow Modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Portals
• Understand the requirements, prepare test plans, test cases, execute & report.
• Ability to write test cases and test scenario, review, run and generate test reports
• Experience with API testing using third party tools such as Postman
• Experience with Web Services testing using SOAP UI and Mobile Testing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow ATF role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
• ServiceNow certifications a plus
• CSA certification a plus 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
• Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
