 Assistant Manager - Financial Due Diligence
 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Senior Analyst in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing analytical insights for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through the datasets received from our clients in various sectors
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.
  • Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive due diligence datapacks and provide value-added insights on the datasets
  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.

 

Qualifications and Skill Set:

  • A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial due diligence 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
