Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The Opportunity

EY Consulting is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently recruiting for a Seniors to join our team. This team offers variety, challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk, Technology Consulting, or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security, while also reducing costs and managing risk.

In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP Finance team. In this role, you will lead and support SAP FI VIM design, configuration, and implementation activities across a range of projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions within the SAP VIM landscape

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to gather requirements and understand the client's business processes.
• Prepare functional gaps analysis by identifying areas where standard SAP VIM functionalities need enhancements or customization.
• Configure VIM modules, including Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center or IES, Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba.
• Handle complex enhancements in the OpenText VIM system, ensuring the solution aligns with the client's business requirements.
• Design and implement invoice workflow approvals based on the client's approval matrix and business rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VIM with other SAP modules and external applications.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users during testing, training, and post-go-live phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM configurations, workflows, and integration with other systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP VIM and document management solutions

• Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill)
• Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
• Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
• Follow‑up on the action items from the workshops

What we look for

• Candidate must be a qualified bachelor’s degree in business administration or MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 3 to 7 years in VIM implementation
• 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 or 20.4 and above versions and experience in upgrade project and post upgrade activities is must
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM modules and configurations, including Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES, Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba.
• Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and preparing functional gaps analysis
• Proficiency in handling complex enhancements in the OpenText VIM system.
• Ability to design and implement invoice workflow approvals based on business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to VIM configurations and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in SAP VIM or OpenText solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system and testing
•  Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.
• Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM – Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES, Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL and other external applications such as Ariba.
• Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Invoice workflow approval design.
• Process Type determination sequence for different document types.
• Configuring and managing exception handling.
• Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios.
• Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing.
• Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is preferable for this role.
• Experience in working with Fiori Apps for Coding and Approvals.
• Experience in writing functional specification, Configuration rational and other project related documents.
• Working on Agile/scrum Methodology is desirable
• Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required
