Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

 

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager overseeing SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service, you will provide strategic leadership in shaping and optimizing sales and distribution initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities include steering the configuration, deployment, and sustained advancement of SAP S/4HANA Service Management, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive enterprise-wide growth. This role is best suited for accomplished professionals with over 13 years of experience who excel at guiding high-impact projects, influencing decision-making at the executive level, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional leadership teams.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Customer Service module, leveraging core SAP S/4HANA functionalities to enhance organisational efficiency and drive long-term growth.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive functional specifications for critical business projects, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimise business processes to support successful project delivery and facilitate effective knowledge transfer across the organisation.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service modules.
  • Thorough knowledge of service-oriented business processes, including in-house, field, and workshop repairs, service contract repairs, and execution order management.
  • Expertise in managing service quotations, contracts, orders, confirmations, maintenance service orders, and recurring service activities.
  • Experience as a Lead in at least one SAP S/4HANA Service implementation project.
  • Strong integration skills across FICO, SD, MM, PM, CATS, and related SAP modules.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve service management system issues efficiently.
  • Professional stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Expert-level configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA Service.
  • Proven ability to develop detailed functional specifications for complex projects, aligning with business objectives.
  • Leadership in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • SAP certification is preferred and highly valued.
  • Familiarity with technical tools such as IDOCs, LSMW, Batch Jobs, and SAP Queries.
  • Strong insight into Customer Service integration, including repair sales and warranty management for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Global project management experience, bringing strategic vision and international perspective.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate both functional and technical discussions to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and independent leadership with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage engagements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strategic delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution and Project Teams for seamless transition and implementation of new solutions, locally and globally.
  • Creative and collaborative team leadership, fostering innovation within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and creativity in handling assignments, driving continuous improvement and business growth.
