Job Description
- 4+ years’ Experience in implementation(mandatory) and support projects
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Planning & Career Development
- Strong Succession Planning & Career Development functional process knowledge
- Experience conducting workshops, prepare workbooks, configuration, test cycles and deployment
- Knowledge of integration with other HR processes and 3rd party applications
