Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Boomi integration implementation to join our EY GDS Integration practice. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful solutions while contributing to the growth of a leading global organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end integrations for SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Manage the complete integration lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Knowledge Transfer, and Post-go-live support.
• Implement API-led and event-driven integration architectures for inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Analyze Boomi processes and Atom logs to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality integration solutions and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, maintaining strong client communication and delivery discipline.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and integration solutions.
• Develop both custom integrations and leverage standard integration packages.
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing, documenting outcomes across project phases.

Skills and attributes for success

• Hands-on experience with Boomi and other integration platforms such as SAP CPI.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, enterprise design patterns, and system landscapes.
• Experience in building integration strategies for hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environments involving systems like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
• Exposure to A2A and B2B integration scenarios and proficiency with adapters such as REST, SOAP, SFTP, IDoc, OData, and JDBC.
• Knowledge of security protocols including SSL and PGP encryption.
• Familiarity with Groovy and JavaScript scripting.
• Awareness of Boomi AgentStudio and Boomi GPT capabilities is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is an added advantage.
