Job Title 

SAP IS Utility -Customer Service

Responsibilities

• To provide functional knowledge with hands-on experience for Electricity, Gas or Water Industry.
• Hands on experience configuring the IS-U system
• Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, Test Scenarios, conduct Trainings, perform Testing and provide defect management support for Device Management module
• Design core / customized business processes and provide best practices for ISU.
• Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders
• Willing to travel as per requirement

Experience

• Well versed in IS-U Customer Service base customizing and configuration
• Should have knowledge of the Meter to Cash
• Should understand different business process of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)
• Should possess SAP IS-U-CS/C4C knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
• Should have experience in configuration of BMD, TMD, FOPs, Move-In & Move-Out, Disconnection/Reconnection, BP contacts, BPEM
• Develop templates and methods to improve the efficiency of application support
• Gather and prioritizes relevant SAP Business requirements and designing the appropriate solution
• Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Device Management, Billing, FICA and design and troubleshoot in the area with this knowledge
• Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the test cycles

• Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA with relevant experience in SAP Utilities

Work Experience

• 2+ years hands on experience in configuring and designing IS-U Customer Service base customizing and configuration
