Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity :

We’re looking for Senior with expertise in SAP HANA ABAP Implementation and S/4 HANA Migration to join the EY GDS. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise:

• Strong working knowledge of AS-ABAP on HANA and custom code pushdown techniques.
• Proficient in using the ABAP Development Toolkit (ADT).
• Hands-on experience with Flexible Workflow, Fragmented Adobe Forms (XML-based), CDS Views, and AMDP.
• Skilled in Module Pool Programming, Adobe Forms, and Smart Forms.
• Strong ABAP programming skills with proven experience in RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Enhancement & Integration:

• Sound knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the New Enhancement Framework.
• Familiarity with Clean Core principles for sustainable development.
• Experience with SAP Gateway, OData services, and backend Fiori development.

Project Experience:

• Real-time experience in SAP implementation and migration projects.
• Practical knowledge of SAP data migration tools.

Nice to have:

• Experience in RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) – both Managed and Unmanaged scenarios.

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP/HANA development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.
• Certification is a plus.
• Should have strong experience in Core SAP ABAP – RICEF, OOPS.
• Should have strong experience in SAP ABAP on HANA – AMDP, CDS, ODATA Services.
