Role: Senior Manager – SAP FPSL

Experience: 15+ years

Job Purpose:

To provide strategic leadership and oversight for SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client business objectives, regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS17/IFRS9), and SAP best practices. The Senior Manager will drive innovation, manage large-scale engagements, and build strong client relationships at the executive level.

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager – SAP FPSL, you will:

• Lead large-scale FPSL programs across multiple geographies, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide thought leadership in FPSL solution architecture, including SDL, RDL, CVPM, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS17 and IFRS9, guiding teams on GMM, PAA, and VFA measurement models and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive pre-sales and business development, including proposal creation, solutioning, and client presentations to support growth initiatives.
• Mentor and coach senior consultants and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish governance frameworks for FPSL delivery, risk management, and quality assurance across projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven leadership in SAP FPSL solution architecture and program delivery at a global scale.
• Deep expertise in IFRS17 (GMM, PAA, VFA) and IFRS9 accounting standards.
• Extensive experience in SAP FPSL or sAFI/Bank Analyzer/Insurance Analyzer.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Framework, SDL, RDL, CVPM, and FPSL data models.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working in global delivery models.
• At least 2 full-cycle FPSL implementations in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial services industry processes, especially insurance and banking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level engagement capabilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change management and training initiatives for client leadership teams.
