Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The Opportunity

Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk, Technology Consulting, or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security, while also reducing costs and managing risk.
In this role, we are looking for an experienced SAP PRA Manager to join our growing SAP Finance team. As an SAP PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting) Manager you will lead implementation, optimization, and support for Upstream Oil & Gas solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring PRA modules (Production, Revenue, DOI, Tax), managing stakeholder requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP PRA components including Production Volume Reporting, Ownership/DOI management, Royalty Processing, and Valuation.
- Lead SAP PRA implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Advise clients on best practices for production data management, revenue distribution, and regulatory reporting.
- Gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and optimize processes for improved performance.
- Identify issues, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ONRR).

- Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
- Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
- Follow‑up on the action items from the workshops
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP PRA functionality.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
What we look for
- Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance/M. Com in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience between 7 to 11years of relevant experience in S4 HANA Finance module out of which 5+ years of relevant experience in Production Revenue Accounting
- Must have at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP PRA module.
- As a SAP PRA Consultant you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Production and Revenue Accounting processes for upstream oil & gas organizations. This role ensures accurate production data management, regulatory compliance, royalty calculations, revenue distribution, and financial integration with SAP modules such as FICO, JVA, MM, PM, and SD.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Configure and support SAP PRA modules:
- Production (Production Volume Reporting, Well/Completion setup)
- Revenue Accounting (Royalty Processing, Ownership, DOI Management)
- Regulatory Reporting (ONRR, State & Federal reporting)
- Valuation & Allocation workflows
- Support monthly and quarterly production and revenue close cycles.
- Troubleshoot PRA processes such as ownership changes, suspense, valuation, and allocations.
- Validate data integration from field systems into SAP PRA.
