Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The Opportunity
The SAP EPPM Functional Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) solutions within SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver project portfolio management, project execution, resource management, budgeting, and financial integration capabilities that align with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP EPPM solution design and architecture discussions with business stakeholders.
- Conduct business process workshops and gather requirements for project portfolio and project management functions.
- Design and configure SAP EPPM components including:
- Portfolio Management
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Commercial Project Management (CPM)
- SAP Project System (PS)
- Define project structures including Portfolio Items, Initiatives, Projects, WBS Elements, Networks, and Activities.
- Configure project budgeting, planning, forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Design project governance, approval workflows, and stage-gate processes.
- Integrate SAP EPPM with:
- SAP Finance (FI/CO)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Procurement (MM)
- Human Resources (HCM/SuccessFactors)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP BW/4HANA
- Support project accounting, capitalization, settlement, and revenue recognition processes.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practice solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with development teams for custom enhancements.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Drive data migration activities related to project master data, WBS structures, budgets, and project transactions.
- Provide cutover planning and hypercare support during go-live.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.

Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- SAP EPPM / SAP PS certification preferred.
- Experience in Capital Projects, Engineering & Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Utilities industries.
- Experience working in global SAP transformation programs.
What We Look For
- 8+ Years hands-on experience in SAP EPPM/PS solutions with at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
- Experience in large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, MRO, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Retail, or Consumer Products industries.
- Experience leading global template design and rollout programs.
- Experience working with multinational clients and distributed teams.
- Exposure to SAP RISE and Cloud transformation programs.
