Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP DSP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP DSP implementation, data modelling, ETL processes, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize data warehousing and reporting solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end‑to‑end data solutions on SAP Datasphere, including data integration, modelling, semantic layer creation, and consumption layer enablement.
• Develop complex data models and transformations using SAP Datasphere capabilities (e.g., Data Builder, Business Builder, Semantic Modelling, Views, Pipelines).
• Lead ingestion of data from SAP and non‑SAP sources, leveraging SAP Datasphere connectors, Data Marketplace, replication flows, and integration services.
• Design and implement Data Governance frameworks including lineage, metadata, cataloguing, data quality checks, and security roles within Datasphere.
• Define and optimize data pipelines, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices for ELT/ETL within Datasphere.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into logical and physical data models.
• Integrate SAP Datasphere with downstream analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Tableau, and non-SAP BI platforms.
• Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior developers on SAP Datasphere design patterns, modeling techniques, and performance tuning.
• Manage project delivery, including work planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, risk mitigation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay updated on the SAP Datasphere roadmap and recommend new features, innovations, and best practices to improve data architecture and analytics capabilities.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll also need to have good knowledge in SAP cutting edge technologies like SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC, Exposure to Any SAP reporting tool like SAC or AFO or BOBJ.
