Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The Opportunity

As a GDS SAP Commission Developer, you will be part of the GDS delivery team responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement and support of SAP Commissions solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining commission rules, compensation plans, crediting logic, measurement rules, incentive rules, deposit rules, dashboards and reports based on business and technical requirements.

You will work closely with functional consultants, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Commissions solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP Commissions configuration, troubleshooting and production support. A background in incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or SAP CallidusCloud implementation would be beneficial.

You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.

You will anticipate and identify risks within engagement and share any issues with senior members of the team.

In line with EY commitment to quality, you will confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Commissions components, participants, plans and rules.
• Develop commission calculation logic, formulas, quotas and bonus calculations.
• Troubleshoot commission processing and transaction issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and support production deployments.
• Maintain documentation and support Agile delivery processes.
