The Opportunity

Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk, Technology Consulting, or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security, while also reducing costs and managing risk.

In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP CO Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP Finance team. As an Senior Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of management accounting solutions, specifically focusing on the core CO modules including Universal Journal, product cost planning and controlling, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger, ensuring accurate cost flows and profitability reporting

Your Key Responsibilities

• The primary function of this position is to work as a team member in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively to the area of SAP S4 HANA CO-Cost center and profit center Accounting, COPA, Marginal Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger with a preferred background in the relevant industry.
• The Specialist will work in the implementation of all the above modules as part of the S4HANA Finance Transformation project, ensuring seamless integration with other third‑party systems.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the manager/lead

• You’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements independently (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill)
• Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
• Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
• Follow‑up on the action items from the workshops
• Experience on FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools.
• Prior client facing consulting experience.
• SAP Finance/Controlling Certification is a plus

What we look for

• Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 3 to 7 years in CO.
• Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
• Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required
• Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements in the below areas.
  • Controlling- CO-Cost Center Accounting, CO-Profit Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.
  • Hands on experience in CO-Profitability Analysis & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling) and Material Ledger Actual Costing.
• CO integration with MM, SD, PP & PS.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end SAP CO processes and functional teams.
• Strong experience in product costing and cost planning
