Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

SAP BTP Architect

Your Key Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a SAP BTP Architect with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This role designing and governing scalable, secure, and cloud‑native solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role focuses on application architecture using CAPM and/or RAP, side‑by‑side extensibility, and embedding SAP Business AI capabilities while ensuring Clean Core compliance across SAP landscapes.

• Define end‑to‑end solution architecture on SAP BTP
• Design application extensions using:
  • CAPM (Node.js/Java) and/or
  • RAP (ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData V4)
• Define extensibility strategy aligned with Clean Core principles
• Architect cloud‑native, multi‑tenant, and scalable applications
• Integrate applications with S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud) and non‑SAP systems
• Design and embed SAP Business AI scenarios, including:
  • SAP AI Business Services (e.g., Document Information Extraction, DAR)
  • Generative AI via AI Core / Generative AI Hub
• Ensure enterprise‑grade security, governance, and compliance
• Review designs, perform architectural governance, and guide delivery teams
• Drive POCs, innovation initiatives, and reuse frameworks
• Mentor developers, leads, and managers on BTP architecture and best practices
• Support pre‑sales, estimations, and technical solutioning where required

Skills and attributes for success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP architecture e.g. Event driven, Micro service based

Hands‑on experience with:

• BTP Accounts & cloud principles 
• CAPM (CDS, services, events, multitenancy)
• RAP / Advance ABAP for cloud, Design Patterns & OOPS
• Runtime environment ( Cloud foundry, kyma and ABAP )
• OData V4
• SAP Fiori Elements / UI5

Deep understanding of:

• Clean Core & Side‑by‑Side extensibility
• S/4HANA Cloud extensibility models

Experience with SAP Business AI, including:

• AI Business Services
• AI Core & AI Launchpad
• Generative AI integration patterns
• Strong stakeholder, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, Build Process Automation
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Transport Management on BTP

SAP Certifications:

• SAP BTP
• CAPM / ABAP Cloud / RAP
• SAP Business AI
