Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

Opportunity Role: SAP BODS -Senior  (3–7 Years)

We are looking for an SAP BODS Consultant with strong end to end data migration experience to work on SAP ECC to S/4HANA and cloud migration projects. The role offers exposure to global clients, large scale transformation programs, and modern SAP migration tools.

Client Responsibilities

• Work as a team member on SAP and cloud data migration implementations
• Interface with onsite coordinators and global delivery teams
• Interact with customer representatives to gather and clarify requirements
• Work independently on assigned data migration tasks
• Willing to travel to customer locations as required

People Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a strong quality driven delivery culture
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Participate in organization wide people initiatives
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing

Technical Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of hands on experience as an SAP BODS Technical Consultant
• Strong experience in BODS design, architecture, and end to end data migration
• Hands on with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (Fiori / Migration Object Modeler)
• Experience with real time interfaces (IDOC, BAPI) using BODS
• Functional understanding of SAP process areas like Finance, Sales and Distribution, Material Management etc
• Strong SQL skills; ability to analyze and resolve ETL issues independently
• Experience in BODS installation, configuration, scheduling, and Management Console
• Good understanding of BODS landscape, transformations, and architecture
• Experience working with SAP systems as source and target
• Ability to prepare technical specifications and BODS effort estimations
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and schema design
