Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

As a key leader in enterprise reporting and analytics, you will drive end-to-end SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) engagements, delivering high-impact, scalable, and performance-optimized reporting solutions. This opportunity enables you to work closely with senior stakeholders, define reporting strategies, and leverage SAP HANA-powered data models to enable real-time analytics, while establishing governance frameworks, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reporting engagements, serving as the primary client point of contact and ensuring successful delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design, develop, and oversee complex SAP BusinessObjects solutions (WebI, Crystal Reports, and dashboards) with strong hands-on involvement.
• Architect and govern Universe design (UNX/IDT), ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and alignment with enterprise data strategies.
• Drive reporting solutions leveraging SAP HANA (Calculation Views and CDS Views), focusing on real-time analytics and optimized performance.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define reporting strategies, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives across BOBJ and HANA layers, ensuring efficient query execution and minimal latency.
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and data quality governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Manage project delivery, including resource planning, risk mitigation, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
• Provide oversight for production support (L2/L3), driving root cause analysis and resolution of critical reporting and data issues.
• Mentor and lead teams, establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks, while maintaining hands-on involvement in key deliverables.
