Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Location: Delhi-NCR (Work from Office) Qualification: Minimum Graduation, Bachelor of Technology (Preferred) Personality traits – Good communication skills and confidence, assertive personality, clarity of thought and ability to articulate well, attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Process cases as per client scope of work and internal guidelines.
- Review and understand client-specific requirements for each case before processing.
- Perform pre-check activities including validation of documents received from clients.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of submitted data and documents.
- Enter and update case details in the system with a very high level of accuracy and minimal error rate.
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete data, or missing documents and highlight them for resolution.
- Maintain defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, RW, Quality, Client Servicing) as per business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and company policies. Duties:
- Analyze and validate data received for background verification checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to client scope, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve doubts, gaps and discrepancies.
- Monitor case status and take proactive actions to meet deadlines.
- Support reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Personality Traits:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong computer and typing skills

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in BGV / backend operations / data validation
- Understanding of verification processes and compliance st
