The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

 

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Oracle CPQ Consultant with 5 years of experience in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. The role involves working with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to enterprise digital transformation initiatives and sales process automation.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Oracle CPQ products, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Implement guided selling, product bundling, and quote automation capabilities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Develop quote templates, proposal generation, and contract management solutions.
  • Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, deployments, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle CPQ-related issues and optimize platform performance.
  • Ensure alignment with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) best practices and business objectives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and functional specifications.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and support.
  • Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and sales lifecycle management.
  • Experience in pricing configuration, approvals, quoting, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Oracle CPQ certification.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP integrations.
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
