Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Consultant with 5 years of techno-functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing compensation solutions that align with business objectives and operational efficiency.

This opportunity offers exposure to enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous innovation in Sales Performance Management processes.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure Incentive Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures, and Rate Tables.
  • Configure Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, and Oracle set ups.
  • Manage Imports related to Users, Transactions, Rules, and Goals.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
  • Set up, document, and test Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud applications including upgrades and patches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and integration-related issues.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum activities including sprint planning, prioritization, and development processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
  • Prepare and lead discovery workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, Web Services, and Oracle configurations.
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Web Services integrations.
  • Strong expertise in developing BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud upgrade and deployment activities.
  • Exposure to Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes.
  • Ability to support business process improvements and automation initiatives.
