As the strategic technology and transformation advisor, you will define the solution architecture, drive strategic direction, influence C suite stakeholders, and lead teams in delivering high-impact outcomes that scale across global enterprises. You will be at the forefront of reimagining HR operating models, enabling modernization through Oracle Cloud, and steering clients through high-grade transformation journeys.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Drive 5–6+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring functional integrity, architectural consistency, and delivery excellence.
- Apply deep sector-specific knowledge to tailor solutions to industry operating models and unique business challenges.
- Execute a proven transformation approach for large-scale, global HCM modernization programs—covering roadmap creation, phased deployment strategy, value realization planning, and change acceleration.
- Architect and deliver solutions across at least two legislative landscapes such as US, UK, Middle East, APAC, ensuring compliance with statutory rules, payroll mechanics, audit standards, and localization requirements.
- Lead high-impact presales engagements including solutioning, client workshops, RFP leadership, competitive differentiators, and estimation models.
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams across configuration, integrations (OIC), data migration, security, workflows, and cross-module architecture.
- Anchor Agile ways of working—driving sprints, backlog management, iterative delivery models, and continuous value generation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR, business, and technology leaders—providing insights on Oracle roadmap, transformation levers, and modernization best practices.
- Mentor and uplift large implementation teams with strong people leadership, clarity of direction, and a decisive “go-to” attitude.
- Lead governance across quarterly releases, impact assessments, regression cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
- 15+ years of deep HCM domain expertise with extensive Oracle HCM Cloud mastery.
- Strong command across modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Comp, Recruiting, OTL, and related functionalities.
- 5–6 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with multi-country exposure strongly preferred.
- 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud certifications demonstrating strong product competency.
- Robust presales, solutioning, and consulting presence capable of leading executive-level conversations.
- Advanced proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with C suite influence.
- High energy, strong leadership presence, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Ideally, you’ll also

- Have strong exposure to OIC integrations, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP, data migration methodologies, and cloud security.
- Have experience with global enterprise clients, multi-country rollouts, and complex HR operating models.
- Possess Insight into HR analytics, AI-driven HR tools, and modern HR technology architectures.
What we look for
- A strategic, forward-thinking transformation architect with the ability to design enterprise-scale Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with clarity and precision.
- A commanding leader who thrives in ambiguity, influences C suite stakeholders, and navigates complex transformation landscapes with confidence.
- A professional with deep industry and legislative fluency, capable of shaping solutions aligned to sector requirements and compliance frameworks.
- A transformation leader with a demonstrated track record of successful multi-country modernization programs delivering measurable business outcomes.
- A high ownership, disciplined executor with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
