EY GDS - Delivery Excellence Senior position
Within last decade, cost of delivery and Delivery excellence has become the most critical factors to run successful and popular businesses spread around the globe. To support such a dynamic and fast paced IT transformation industry, we are using various cutting-edge Delivery Excellence models and tools with relentless focus on automation to offer best in class and tailor-made solutions to our clients.
As a part of our global team you will be part of GDS projects as Delivery Excellence management professional. You will be involved in working on challenging problems and creating next generation delivery excellence platforms.
The opportunity
We are offering you a demanding role. You will use the most advanced Quality models to implement the newest delivery excellence solutions. This position includes possibility to interact within international environment and work with the most recognizable and influential players in Delivery Excellence space.
Job Summary
Strong expertise in OIPA product configuration, with hands‑on experience as the core requirement. Preferred understanding of the Life Insurance domain, including products and business processes. Ability to enhance and extend existing products, including end‑to‑end configuration updates and Experience in building new insurance products within the platform. Must have good understanding of policy lifecycle management.
People responsibilities
- Work Exp: 3 to 6 years
- Key Skills Required
- Core OIPA Configuration: Extensive knowledge of OIPA rules, transactions, cycles, and screen configurations.
- Technical Skills: XML, SQL, and understanding of RDBMS.
- Integration: Experience with OIPAI, SOA, or MuleSoft.
- Domain Knowledge: Life Insurance and Annuities domain expertise is highly sought after.
Technical skills requirements
- Technical Skills: XML, SQL, and understanding of RDBMS.
- Integration: Experience with OIPAI, SOA, or MuleSoft.
- Certifications: LOMA certification is often preferred
Additional requirements
- General insurance domain knowledge is beneficial to support product workflows and requirements.
- Exposure to API integrations; additional technical proficiency in integration frameworks is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with RDBMS concepts, including the ability to write and analyse database queries.
