Job Title: Staff - Next Gen Transformation Office - NGTO

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Staff join our dynamic Next Gen Transformation Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting and a basic understanding of various sourcing approaches and methodologies, including insourcing, outsourcing, and Global Business Services (GBS). With a basic grasp of IT elements such as Infrastructure Services, and Application Services, the Staff will seek to learn and apply sourcing strategies and contribute to transformation initiatives within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing activities by using established templates/playbooks: gather requirements, run basic market scans, and help assemble RFx packets.
  • Assist vendor due diligence and compliance checks: collect documents, track expiries, and keep vendor data accurate in trackers.
  • Prepare simple market rate comparisons and spend reports using provided tools; update dashboards and flag variances for review.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings: schedule, circulate agendas/notes, track actions, and follow up to closure.
  • Help with vendor evaluation: organize responses, run scoring templates, check references, and compile summary packs for decision-makers.
  • Draft contract summaries and key term sheets; route for legal/finance review, track approvals, and maintain the contract repository.
  • Monitor vendor performance inputs: collect SLA/OLA reports, log issues, maintain performance trackers, and escalate per the playbook.
  • Support spend controls: validate invoices against PO/contract terms, track exceptions, and highlight potential value leakage.
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting gaps, suggesting template updates, and maintaining SOPs.
  • Maintain the knowledge repository: update vendor profiles, artifacts, and lessons learned.
  • Assist transition/TMO logistics: prepare readiness checklists, update RAID logs, schedule governance ceremonies, and track risks/actions.
  • Build working knowledge of ITO/BPO and sourcing methodologies by completing assigned trainings and applying them to day-to-day tasks.

 

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with vendor management tools like SAP Fieldglass, Ariba, Sirion Labs.
  • Understanding of standard project methodologies and design thinking principles.
  • Ability to work with guidance under the supervision of a Manager/ Senior.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree, MBA preferred, with 2-4 years of total experience.
  • 1-2 years of consulting experience, with a focus on vendor management, proposal, procurement, or a related domain.
  • Desirable certifications include Project Management (PRINCE II, PMP, Agile), Six Sigma, ITIL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Change Management, Design Thinking, and Facilitation.
