EY Consulting – BlueYonder Order Management System (BY OMS)/ BY Luminate Order Services (BY LOS) - Senior Consultant

The opportunity

EY GDS is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. This is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to develop your skill set to keep up with the ever-growing demands of the digital landscape. Most of your time will be spent embedded with and leading BY OMS solutions, and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your key responsibilities in this area, you will:

You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of BY OMS solutions. You will lead EY, client and applicable software provider teams, as well as team with various EY groups with digital capabilities, to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our clients' digital vision and strategy to life.

• Working and leading project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of a client's project life cycle
• Owning and collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital and emerging technology consulting market
• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
• Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
• Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives 

To qualify for the role, you must have.

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management. 
• Led and been responsible for Blue Yonder OMS modules with deep functional and domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations. 
• Worked on at least one to two full E2E OMS implementations in large and complex environments. 
• Led and facilitated workshop sessions and managed projects, resources and deliverables. 
• Led and participated in: 
  • Gathering business requirements 
  • Analysing and transforming to application requirements 
  • Performing fit-gap analysis 
  • Leading Functional Design approval process 
  • Interacting with the development team to test and deliver the solution.
  • Assisting customer during UAT 
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation 
• LOS Master Data Configurations 
  • Tenant Configuration 
  • Setup RBAC
  • Create Tasks
  • Create Rules
  • Create Workflows 
  • Validation Rules
  • Custom Schema Field Rules 
  • State Transition Rules 
  • Payment Rules 
  • Alerts
• LOS Microservices
  • Order Services 
  • Order State Orchestrator 
  • Payment Services (Integrate with Payment Gateway applications)
  • Fulfilment Services 
  • Invoice Services 
  • Kafka Rest Proxy Services 
• Knowledge of other leading OMS solutions such as IBM Sterling.
• Systems and data integration experiences  
   

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements from various parts of an organization to drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines
• Certifications and prior consulting experience
