EY GDS BPM – Advisory – Sr. Developer

As part of our EY GDS BPM team, you will help clients develop their digital process automation platform. You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize Camunda BPM development platform. The global client base spans across industries.

The opportunity

We’re looking for highly skilled Camunda Sr. Developers to join the Tech leadership group of our EY GDS BPM Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 Camunda/Java developers
• Design, Development and deployment of Camunda applications
• Review technical design and code review and ensure high quality deliverables
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and represent development team
• Mentoring junior resources and enable them with Camunda trainings and certifications
• Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
• Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators
• Groom / Build a team of Camunda BPM resources

Skills and attributes for success

• Architect and Design the Camunda applications
• Experience in Camunda Process Models, Integrations, REST APIs, Process Engine
• Hands on experience on Camunda cockpit, Camunda Modeler
• Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD
• Understanding of Camunda best practices
• Good understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience on at least 3-4 projects
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/B.Tech OR MCA
• 4-5 years of work experience in Camunda and 2 years in Java/J2ee
• Good to have Camunda certifications like OCEB 

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Tech. Lead skills
• Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
