We help our clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk in order to make the long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on their organization's ability to meet its future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are :
Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls
Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will design, build, and enhance business applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Power Apps Development
- Design and build Canvas, Model-Driven, and Portal applications using Power Apps.
- Develop complex screens, galleries, forms, custom controls, and responsive user interfaces.
- Create reusable components and templates for enterprise-wide use.
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other data sources.
- Implement business rules, logic, role-based access, and security models. Power Automate (Flow)
- Build automated cloud flows, instant flows, scheduled flows, and business process flows.
- Design workflows that integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, SAP/Oracle, APIs, and third-party connectors.
- Handle exceptions, error logging, retry policies, performance tuning, and approvals. Data & Integration
- Work with Dataverse entities, relationships, and custom connectors.
- Develop API-based integrations using REST, JSON, and OData.
- Connect Power Platform apps with on-premises systems via data gateways. Governance & Environment Management
- Implement ALM using GitHub/Azure DevOps, solution export/import.
- Maintain Power Platform environments, security roles, and DLP policies.
- Follow enterprise governance standards, documentation, and best practices. Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, errors, and user queries.
- Provide training, demos, and support for deployed applications. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power BI, and Teams integration.
- Experience building custom connectors and integrating with external APIs.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, REST API, and Azure Functions (preferred).
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, API Management, and Key Vault.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, security roles, permissions, and governance.
- Experience with ALM pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ________________________________________ Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with Power Pages or Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop / UI flows).
- Experience migrating legacy apps to Power Platform.
