To achieve this, we are seeking for UI/UX Designer to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

We’re looking for a Designer with a passion for UX/UI to join our rapidly growing team at the EY Cyprus, to help us push the boundaries of design and innovation across a diverse range of services and products.
Your key responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project goals, scope, and functionality

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights
To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, or you have clearly demonstrated work experience as a UX/UI designer as part of a design team

Knowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables

Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI
Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in collaborative design workshops

Conducted user research or user testing

Other creative skills or developed talents.
