To achieve this, we are seeking a Test Manager to join our Technology Transformation Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and govern project(s) test strategy, ensuring alignment to EY delivery standards and industry best practices.

Lead the end‑to‑end test lifecycle, including test planning, test estimation, environment readiness, data preparation, execution oversight, and exit criteria.

Manage the testing process using test management platforms, ensuring full test traceability, coverage, and structured documentation, consistent with enterprise tools such as dashboards, test sets, and real‑time monitoring.

Implement and govern test tooling standards, including test case design tools, execution tools, defect management systems, and reporting frameworks.

Provide leadership to the QA/test team, including daily stand-ups, prioritization, delegation, alignment on tasks, coaching, and removing impediments.

Define and maintain quality metrics and KPIs, ensuring transparent reporting to stakeholders through dashboards, diagrams, and structured presentations.

Drive defect governance, ensuring accurate triage, root cause analysis, prioritization, and timely communication to development and product teams.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure quality risks are understood, mitigated, and communicated.

Oversee test environment and test data management activities, aligned with best practices.

Ensure compliance with EY quality assurance standards, processes, and audit-ready documentation.

Utilize AI test-analysis tools and agent-based workflows responsibly to accelerate test design, risk analysis, reporting, and documentation, with proper human oversight.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across people, processes, tooling, and test operations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a Test Manager / Test Lead capacity.

Demonstrable experience defining and executing test strategies and multi-phase test plans across multiple workstreams.

Strong background in enterprise test management practices, including traceability, requirement mapping, coverage analysis, and structured test documentation.

Hands-on experience with test management tools, dashboard/reporting tools, and defect tracking platforms.

Experience leading cross-functional test teams and coordinating structured daily QA workflows.

Ability to produce management-level reporting with clear quality insights, progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Solid understanding of software development and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in test metrics, test analytics, and KPI-driven management.

Ability to use AI‑assisted analysis tools critically and responsibly to enhance reporting, coverage reviews, test design, and defect investigation.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across business and technical areas.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a single source of truth across test documentation.
Ideally you should also have

Experience in Test Environment Management (TEM) processes, artifacts, roles, and KPIs.

Familiarity with enterprise test frameworks and integration with CI/CD environments.

Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in relation to testing environments, tooling integration, and quality gates.

Experience in highly regulated industries (banking, financial services, public sector).
