Our approach combines work and structured learning, including classroom sessions, online training and self‑study. Balancing study with project work can be challenging, but you’ll be supported throughout. You’ll learn alongside your cohort, building strong relationships, while experienced teams guide you at every step.

What you will be doing 

• Working across a range of industries and clients to address technology and transformation challenges 

• Becoming well-rounded across market-leading and emerging technologies, including GenAI and AI-enabled transformation 

• Applying technology and AI-led solutions to solve complex client challenges and support long-term business value 

• Leveraging the expertise of EY teams to help shape clients’ technology agendas, operating models and transformation journeys 

• Supporting clients to plan and deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes across strategy, architecture, operations and delivery 

• Contributing to work across competencies such as Technology Strategy and Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management and Delivery, Service Resiliency and AI Strategy 

• Working across a portfolio of clients in a hybrid environment, including client sites, the EY office and from home depending on project needs 

3. What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and ready to learn fast in a consulting environment: 

• A degree or equivalent experience in any field, with an interest in business, technology or transformation 

• 0–2 years of experience through internships, projects, or entry level roles (helpful, but not essential) 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills 

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders 

• A collaborative mindset, with an interest in working across teams, projects and industries 

• A proactive attitude towards learning, continuous improvement, and building a consulting career
