Our approach combines work and structured learning, including classroom sessions, online training and self‑study. Balancing study with project work can be challenging, but you’ll be supported throughout. You’ll learn alongside your cohort, building strong relationships, while experienced teams guide you at every step.

Our teams combine engineering, platform, data and AI capabilities to create practical outcomes for clients, and we are looking for engineers who want to be part of that journey.

What you will be doing 

  • Design, build and support digital, cloud, data and AI solutions for clients 

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver software, platforms and intelligent automation solutions 

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, prototypes and scalable products 

  • Produce high-quality technical deliverables and contribute to testing, deployment and continuous improvement 

  • Work with modern engineering approaches, tools and platforms across software, cloud, data and AI 

  • Support engineering delivery across a portfolio of projects in a hybrid working environment 

  • Develop data-driven and AI-enabled solutions that improve performance, decision-making and user experience 

  • Collaborate across EY teams to engineer innovative technology solutions for clients 

 

  1. What we’re looking for 

 

We’re looking for engineers who are curious, driven and ready to learn fast in a collaborative delivery environment: 

  • A degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, data, AI, cloud, information systems or a related field 

  • 0–2 years of experience through internships, academic projects, bootcamps or entry-level roles in engineering, software, data or technology 

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and an engineering mindset 

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • A collaborative mindset, with an interest in working across engineering, product, data and client teams 

  • A proactive attitude towards learning, continuous improvement and building a career in technology and AI engineering
